A Note from Dr. Lance Robbins

Leaving You in Good Hands

The P&E Dental Team

Dear Patients and Friends,

After nearly 46 years of practicing dentistry, I have made the difficult decision to retire. I want to thank all of you for the privilege of being your dentist. Each time you visit, you put your trust and confidence in me and my staff, and that trust is what has made my career so professionally rewarding and humbling. Many of you have been patients for a good portion of those 46 years I’ve been in practice, and the relationships that we’ve built in that time mean a lot to me. I am so grateful to consider many of you good friends. We’ve shared ups and downs together, and I’ve watched you and your families grow along with mine.

It is with mixed emotions that I’ve made this decision. I’ve been blessed with many great staff members who’ve helped me along the way, and I’ll miss seeing them on a regular basis. I couldn’t have been successful without them. I feel fortunate to have found two young and dedicated dentists who will be taking over the ownership and continuation of my practice. Their names are Dr. Jesus Echezarreta and Dr. Nathan Pinsky. They are very well-educated and trained, and they happen to be good friends with each other as well. They share my dedication to compassionate and quality care provided in a friendly and welcoming environment. In addition to providing the same services I offer today, they are trained to perform endodontics (root canals) as well as oral surgery and the placement of dental implants. Although my practice transitions to them officially on April 2nd, I will still be a presence for several months after that. I’ll be assisting them in getting to know as many of you as possible, and I’ll be finishing some ongoing cases.

Both Dr. Echezarreta and Dr. Pinsky grew up in the Chicago area. Dr. Echezarreta attended Northwestern University followed by Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. Pinsky attended the University of Illinois followed by Marquette University School of Dentistry. It was at Marquette that they became good friends. They have done further training post-dental school to advance their skills in an extended range of general and specialty dental procedures.

When not at the office, Dr. Pinsky can be found with his wife Kirsten and their dog Koda. They enjoy spending time together at home and especially in the outdoors. Dr. Pinsky enjoys playing basketball and tennis with his friends, as well as spending time on the golf course, fishing, and snowboarding. He and Dr. Echezarreta take a trip to the mountains to snowboard and ski together a few days every year.

Along with being an avid skier, Dr. Echezarreta is often found cheering on his favorite team, the Chicago Cubs, from the Wrigley Field bleachers. He enjoys riding bikes through town and along the lake, visiting friends in their home cities across the country, and going to concerts for his favorite bands.

I’m confident that you’ll be in good hands and will continue to receive the highest quality care with Dr. Echezarreta and Dr. Pinsky. Thank you so much for your trust and loyalty over the years. I send you my best wishes for your future health and happiness.

Sincerely,

Lance Robbins
